Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator to lead the design, development, and administration of our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development, along with strong leadership skills to mentor junior team members and drive platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
• Design and implement complex workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules
• Manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools
• Perform data migration, data modeling, and management using tools like Data Loader, Informatica, or Talend
• Own Salesforce administration tasks: user management, security models, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and security standards
• Manage release cycles using CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRabit, or similar) and version control (Git)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Mentor junior developers/admins and provide technical leadership across projects
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features/improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years dedicated to Salesforce development/administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Experience Cloud/CPQ a plus)
• Proven expertise in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)
• Strong knowledge of Flow Builder, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Salesforce certifications required: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator; additional certs preferred (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers
