About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst with a strong background in Sales and Partner Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across revenue operations. This role goes beyond reporting you will play a key part in analyzing pipeline health, improving forecast accuracy, and identifying growth opportunities across sales and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales pipeline, funnel performance, and revenue trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Evaluate partner/channel performance, including contribution, win rates, and deal efficiency
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports for sales, partner, and revenue metrics
  • Support forecasting, quota tracking, and variance analysis
  • Translate business questions into actionable insights and data models
  • Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, conversion rates, and win rates
  • Identify pipeline leakage, deal slippage, and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Business stakeholders to influence decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Business/Data Analytics, preferably in Sales or Partner domains
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Excel
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasting
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful business insights
