This role focuses on mechanical systems, motor controls, electrical connections, and product installations - supporting our dealer network and end users in achieving safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. You'll provide both remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring equipment and systems perform to spec.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and installation issues on product systems through phone, email, and on-site support.
  • Troubleshoot motor controls, wiring connections, structural alignment, and system operation concerns.
  • Respond to all dealer service calls within 2 business hours; coordinate field visits or technical follow-ups as needed.
  • Document service issues, technical solutions, and field feedback in the service management system within 48 hours.
  • Maintain a fully stocked technical service van with tools, test equipment, and product parts for on-site troubleshooting.
  • Lead or assist in dealer training sessions on product installation techniques, system calibration, and operational best practices.
  • Participate in product field testing, providing detailed feedback on mechanical and electrical system performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical systems troubleshooting, construction, or field service roles
  • Hands-on experience with motor controls, low-voltage wiring, and system installations preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently, with occasional travel for on-site service support

Travel Requirements:
  • Must be able and willing to travel frequently, including air travel across regional and national locations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to rent and operate a car for travel and field support assignments.
