Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong Data background to lead data-driven initiatives across Data Warehouse, ETL, and Data Engineering platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to define product vision, prioritize backlog, and ensure delivery of scalable and high-quality data solutions.

This role requires deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Data & Analytics platforms.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Work closely with Data Engineers and Architects on:
• Data Warehouse design
• ETL/ELT pipelines
• Data integration and transformation
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with BI teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
• Define KPIs and measure product success.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.
• Act as primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Data Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Warehouse
• Data Modeling
• ETL/ELT processes
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modern data stack (dbt, Airflow).
• Knowledge of data governance & compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to APIs and data integrations.
• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus.
