Job Description:-

The Client is seeking an experienced IT Contractor with a minimum of 2 years'' experience performing technical work in information technology security and support fields. This is a cross-team position to fulfill duties within our security and help desk teams.

Responsibilities:-

• Provide general technology support
• Respond to and implement support tickets
• Assist documenting and managing incidents and vulnerabilities
• Perform network monitoring and reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies

• Capable of working collaboratively between teams
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills/Requirements:-

• Experience in information security related support Required 2 Years
  
• Experience in helpdesk related support Required 2 Years
  
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Required
  
• Ability to collaborate with peers, between teams, and stakeholders Required
  
• Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems Required
  
• Experience with Microsoft O365 products Required
  
• Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems Required
  
• Experience with Network and computer security testing tools Required
  
• Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports Required
  
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices of information security Required
  
• Knowledge of business process analysis methods Required
  
• Responds promptly to technical, system and/or emergency issues when contacted outside of scheduled work hours, remotely or in person as needed Required
