FHIR / API Integration Engineer

We are looking for a FHIR/API Integration Engineer to design and build healthcare interoperability solutions integrating with **Epic** and **Epic Payer Platform**.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage FHIR APIs (R4 preferred).

* Build integrations for Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Bulk Data, and Document Reference.

* Integrate with **Epic** and **Epic Payer Platform**.

* Manage API Gateway (routing, throttling, monitoring).

* Implement OAuth2, mTLS, and SMART on FHIR security.

* Handle error management, logging, and production support.

**Required Skills**

* 4+ years of API/FHIR integration experience.

* Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR (R4), REST/JSON.

* Experience with OAuth2, mTLS, API Gateway tools.

* Healthcare workflows knowledge (270/271, 278 preferred).

* Experience in payer-provider integrations preferred.
