Location: Remote Although the positions are remote for now, candidates must be aware if there are any changes from the client in the future than they may be asked to relocate to Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for engineering and architecture of Infiniband & Ethernet Network.
  • Responsible for network deployment across all global / regional locations.
  • Analyze networks and troubleshoot network bugs to successfully mitigate large scale issues. Configure routers, switches, as well as upgrade software on routers, switches on a large-scale network.
  • Provide support to Enterprise customers, partners, and other engineers.
  • Ensure that each support request owned by you is handled as per our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and to the highest possible customer satisfaction by setting the right expectations and fulfilling your commitments.

 

Requirements

  • Strong fundamental knowledge of OSI layer, TCP/IP, BGP, layer 2-4 protocols
  • Hands-on experience in network hardware devices Juniper MX Series Devices, Cisco Nexus , Arista etc.
  • Good Understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, Switching Protocols.
  • Hands-on Experience in network deployments
  • Good remote troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports.
  • Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities.
  • Ability work as On-Call Support
  • Some experience in scripting using Python, PowerShell etc.
  • Basics of Cloud Computing
  • A Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
