Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer / Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience developing enterprise-grade applications, building scalable backend services, and creating responsive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.

Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
-
Develop responsive UI components using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
-
Build scalable backend services using Spring Boot and related Spring Framework modules.
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
-
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
-
Troubleshoot application performance, security, and scalability issues.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design and optimize data models.

Support production deployments and incident resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of software development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.

Strong proficiency in:

Java 8/11/17+

Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

Microservices architecture

Event-driven design patterns using RabbitMQ

Frontend development experience with:

Angular (preferred) or React

TypeScript and JavaScript

Experience developing REST APIs and web services.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SDLC practices.

Experience with MongoDB and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Proficiency with Git-based source control systems.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or Windsurf.

Knowledge of prompt engineering and Spec-Driven Development.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.

Experience with GraphQL and API Gateway technologies.

Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and SonarQube.

Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP security best practices.

Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cypress.
