Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (12+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in the Salesforce platform. The candidate will lead design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
Architect scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical design
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, etc.)
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Manage code reviews, deployments, and release management
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
Handle complex data migration and data architecture
Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation
Participate in architecture discussions and decision-making

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM architecture
Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce security & sharing model
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps processes
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Certifications (Must Have / Preferred)

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Administrator

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
12+ years of overall IT experience
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations
