Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Engineer with strong expertise in Java, React, and enterprise application development, along with hands-on exposure to AI-powered and agentic workflows.

The ideal candidate will be a strong engineering generalist capable of working across modern and legacy systems while contributing to the integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications. This is not a pure AI/ML role; strong full-stack development experience is the primary requirement.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Strong experience with React.js and modern front-end development
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications
• Experience working with both legacy and modern application architectures
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with SQL and database development
• Ability to work across multiple technologies and application layers
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

AI / Agentic Experience (Preferred):

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into business applications
• Python-based development and automation experience
• Exposure to LLM-powered workflows and AI-assisted solutions
• Experience with:
  • OCR and document processing solutions
  • Contract and business-rule validation systems
  • Intelligent invoice/payment verification workflows
  • Agentic workflow orchestration
• Exposure to Foundry-like or Agentic AI platforms is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React
• Modernize and enhance existing Java-based applications
• Build and support responsive front-end applications
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into enterprise workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and implementation
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Preferred Candidate:

• Strong Java + React Full Stack Engineer
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Comfortable learning and adopting emerging AI technologies
• Adaptable and capable of contributing across multiple technology stacks
