Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to lead the technical delivery of a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
This role owns overall technical execution for the program and serves as the primary technical interface between the client, onshore implementation team, and offshore delivery resources for technical track.
Experience leading at least two full cycles of Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as the Technical Lead.
Proven ability to manage the technical track of a large, complex Oracle Cloud HCM deployment.
Client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly, recommend solutions, and drive technical decisions.
Experience conducting technical security related evaluation for mobile and AI capabilities.
Description: Our East Coast based client that is working remotely is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical lead for a project starting ASAP.
