Job DescriptionThe Global Strategic Insights Analyst is part of the Global Strategic Insights team and provides analytical leadership and decision support to Product Management stakeholders. The position is responsible for analyzing and translating user, product, and market data to support the full product and project lifecycle, from inception through post-implementation, ensuring data-driven decisions that improve both top- and bottom-line performance.
In this role, the analyst partners closely with cross-functional business leaders to deliver high-quality, timely, and actionable insights that strengthen the company's analytical capabilities and support evolving business strategies. The position requires deep hands-on expertise in statistical analysis, market and customer analytics, and predictive modeling, along with strong communication and critical-thinking skills to clearly convey complex, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with key business partners to understand business priorities, identify strategic initiatives, and develop effective and timely analytic solutions.
- Utilizing user, product, and market data to perform statistical analysis required to support a wide variety of business initiatives, such as customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and behavioral models.
- Providing valuable input into business intelligence roadmaps and development plans
- Developing, Leveraging, and Maintaining models to support product pricing, market opportunities, and margin improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in decision-making and helping architect new strategies by providing actionable, data-driven insights
- Identifying key insights with supporting data for existing initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driven changes; assists in preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Defines and documents business functions and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytics role, supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise with demonstrated mastery in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization / data warehouse tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data models, database design, data mining, categorization, and segmentation techniques.
- Knowledge of statistics with hands-on experience using statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar platforms).
- Proven ability to translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decision-making through data.
