Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong Business Analysis (BA) skills and hands-on experience in email automation. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and support a project involving integration with Marketo.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Salesforce platform, including configurations and enhancements
Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Track and manage tasks using JIRA and support UAT activities
Implement and manage email automation workflows
Support integration between Salesforce and Marketo

Required Skills:
7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
Strong BA skills (Requirements Gathering, Use Cases, UAT)
Experience with JIRA or similar tools
Hands-on experience with email automation
Experience working with Marketo integrations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
