Requirements:

>> 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

>> Experience supporting or delivering initiatives in pharma commercial, patient engagement, patient services, or related healthcare programs

>> Strong understanding of patient services workflows (onboarding, benefits, adherence)

>> Experience working in regulated pharma commercial environments

>> Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
