Overview: Every Client consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Client offers to clients. As a QA Lead - SF - WFM, you will join Client Salesforce practice. With our status as one of the fastest-growing Salesforce Consulting Partners, Clinet is a recognized authority in delivering holistic solutions for businesses aiming to maximize Salesforce operations. Client Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.
Responsibilities:
- Manages split-brain appointment ownership risks, ensuring detection and prevention are provably tested between Appointment View and CSG FSM.
- Tests event-driven and asynchronous integration, focusing on event ordering, replay, change data capture, and asynchronous write-back races across EDS, OIS / Biller, and PI Nxt.
- Conducts performance testing within Salesforce platform constraints, working within governor and org limits and gaining necessary authorization for org level load testing.
- Oversees dual-run and coexistence processes, including route suppression, TechMobile source switching, and ensuring a complete, tested backout path.
- Executes repeated conversion and cutover processes, including conversion, reconciliation, regression, and cutover rehearsal for each pilot and wave.
- Provides continuous advice on mandatory platform releases from Salesforce, including preview sandbox regression and upgrade go/no-go assessments.
