Job Title: Facets Consultant

Work Arrangement:

·         This is a fully remote contract position.

·         The consultant will work as part of an Agile team environment.

·         Standard business hours are expected unless otherwise coordinated.

Position Overview:

·         We are seeking an experienced Facets Consultant to join an Agile team supporting healthcare application development and enhancements.

·         The consultant will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining healthcare payer systems while implementing new features aligned with best coding and development standards.

·         The ideal candidate has deep expertise in FACETS batch automation, healthcare payer operations, and multi-state line of business environments, along with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Work with FACETS automation jobs, batch schedules, and custom scripts.

·         Manage and optimize batch processing environments.

·         Support platform performance tuning and operational improvements.

·         Analyze complex business rules and system configurations.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to implement new features.

·         Work across multiple lines of business and state-specific healthcare requirements.

·         Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and enhancements.

·         Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

·         Strong experience with FACETS Batch Jobs & Automation

·         Experience with job scheduling tools such as Autosys, Control-M

·         Proficiency in SQL and scripting for automation

·         Deep understanding of US Healthcare payer operations

·         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Minimum Qualifications:

·         10+ years of overall experience

·         At least 8 years working with FACETS automation jobs, batch schedules, or custom scripts

·         Experience supporting multiple lines of business across states

Educational Qualifications:

·         Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc

·         Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
