Job Title: Clinical/Case Manager
Location: New Castle, DE
Contract Role: 12 Months
Mon-Fri , First shift - 40hrs/week

Job Summary
Experienced professional responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supervising social workers, peer staff, and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Ensures comprehensive patient care, maintains departmental integrity, and supports initiatives that promote safe, high-quality patient care and a secure clinical environment. Holds a Master’s degree with over 5 years of administrative experience; clinical licensure or certification preferred.
Job Duties
Facilitates and manages day-to-day operations of the social workers, peers, and administrative staff at the Clinic as they provide services to patients. Ensures that comprehensive patient care services are provided that support the integrity of the Department. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care, services, and promote a safe environment at the Clinic.
Minimum qualifications
- Master''s Degree
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience
- Clinical License/Certification (Preferred)
