Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer with 2–5 years of software development experience to build and deploy AI-powered applications and services. The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, APIs, and machine learning frameworks. The role involves developing scalable AI solutions, integrating AI models into software applications, and working closely with data, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software applications and services.
Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions into production applications.
Develop APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG workflows.
Develop prompt engineering and AI workflows to improve accuracy and user experience.
Integrate AI models and third-party APIs into existing software applications.
Build data processing and evaluation pipelines for AI applications.
Test, debug, and optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement monitoring, logging, and evaluation processes for AI systems.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and software development teams.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of software development experience, with experience working on AI/ML applications.
Strong proficiency in Python and software development fundamentals.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
