Summary

We are hiring a Workday Integrations Engineer People Systems for a high-impact role focused on building and scaling HR system integrations across enterprise platforms.

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) based in Sunnyvale, CA or Bellevue, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and enterprise systems
Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connectors (CCW/CCB), RaaS, and Workato
Automate HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, access provisioning)
Map, transform, and validate complex HR data across systems
Partner with IT & Security teams for identity and access integrations (Okta)
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity
Maintain documentation and support SLAs

Required Skills:

3 7 years of experience in HR/People Systems integrations
Strong hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect
Experience integrating Workday with Greenhouse & Okta
Hands-on with Workato (or similar iPaaS tools)
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT
Understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Compliance)

Nice to Have:

Experience with workflow automation across HR/IT/Security systems
Exposure to tools like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, ERP systems
Familiarity with GenAI-driven automation
Experience in high-growth or cloud environments
