Mulesoft Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Integration Developer with strong expertise in Mule 4 systems to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable APIs and integration flows that connect modern cloud and web applications with legacy AS/400 systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
• Build and manage RESTful APIs, API-led connectivity layers (Experience, Process, and System APIs)
• Work with AS/400 data sources including DB2/400, flat files, and message queues
• Develop secure and high-performance data exchange between legacy systems and modern platforms
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning in Mule 4 applications
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and backend teams to gather and translate integration requirements
• Support deployment and configuration across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and API standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues involving MuleSoft and AS/400 systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

MuleSoft / Mule 4

• Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4 and Anypoint Studio
• Expertise in DataWeave 2.0
• Experience with API Manager, Exchange, and Runtime Manager
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns
• Experience with authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Auth)

AS/400 / IBM i

• Strong working knowledge of IBM AS/400 (IBM i) systems
• Experience with DB2/400, data extraction, and file processing
• Familiarity with RPG, CL, or AS/400 batch processes (preferred)
