 Summary 
We are looking for an experienced O365 & Windows Infrastructure Lead to manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms. This role involves technical leadership, system design, and enterprise-level administration.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Manage Azure Active Directory, users, licenses, and security

Implement security, compliance, and DLP policies

Design & manage Windows Server environments (on-prem & cloud)

Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP

Handle virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V)

Lead migrations, upgrades, and hybrid cloud initiatives

Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis

Automate tasks using PowerShell
```

Mentor junior team members and lead infrastructure projects

 Required Skills

```
5+ years in Microsoft 365 (O365)
```

8+ years in Windows Server / Infrastructure

Strong expertise in:

```
Azure AD / Active Directory
```
```
Exchange Online / Teams / SharePoint
```
```
PowerShell scripting
```
```
Windows security & patching
```

Experience with Nutanix (AHV) + VMware/Hyper-V

```
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
```

Experience in migration & hybrid environments

 Good to Have

Microsoft Certifications (MS-100 / MS-101)

Experience in enterprise or insurance domain
