Anaplan Solution Architect

Position Summary
1. Should be Anaplan Certified Solution Architect/Master Anaplanner with total 10+ of total work experience.
2. 6+ years of experience in Anaplan as a Model builder and knowledgeable in Workforce Planning, and Financial Planning processes.
3. Should have handled 4+ end-to-end Anaplan implementations or solution rollout experience in Workforce Planning area and should possess a deep knowledge of resource planning processes of business.
4. Hands on Experience with operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum Framework.
5. Work closely with team leads and senior consultants to analyze new requirements, configure and build solutions and resolve production issues.
6. Demonstrated expertise with EPM/ERP tools.
7. Design, develop, and deliver high quality reporting dashboards.
8. Coordinate among the data integration and migration teams.
9. Able to do front ending with the customer and perform stakeholder management.
10. Lead production support issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
11. Prepare artifacts like detail designs, tech specs, data flow diagrams and business architecture diagrams.
12. Collaborate with other technical teams to build/support integrations.
13. Develop and execute test plans and test scripts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. As a Solution Architect, you should have a minimum of 4+ end-to-end implementations experience in Anaplan. Preferred areas of expertise are Workforce Planning and Financial planning.
2. Relevant experience ranging from 5 to 10 years.
3. Good Communication skills and should be able to work with minimum guidance.
4. Well versed with any issue/defect management tool such as JIRA or equivalent.
5. Strong understanding of data/integration both inbound and outbound with customer source systems. Should be Strong client facing skills.
6. Ability to operate independently from the offshore location with minimal oversight and guidance. Involved in UAT testing and fixing issues.
7. Advice Client and Develop Tech Spec, Complex technical architecture Diagrams and designs data Flow diagrams.
8. Work with Team members and product owners to Understand, Analyze, Recommend, Plan, Design and Implement solutions to meet Usability, Performance, Quality and secured requirements.
9. Team with customers to encourage business process improvements, to identify data integrity issues, and to implement proactive solutions.
10. Proven ability to lead execute responsibilities simultaneously.
11. Communicate effectively with clients and project team to ensure the requirements are being met and recommend better solutions wherever applicable during the course of the project.


Desired Candidate Profile

12. Possess sound technical knowledge on Lists, Modules, Data Hubs, New UX and ALM.
13. Expert in Anaplan Space Optimization and Formula Tuning.
14. Design, Develop and Deliver high quality reporting dashboards.
15. Lead Production support issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
16. Should have excellent problem solving skills and can work effectively in a less structured environment with time management ability.
17. Should be able to coordinate with Onsite/Functional/Development teams independently.
18. Proficient data analytics and modelling skills.
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating architecture and design principles.
20. Possess excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
