Role: QA Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite)
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in Manual Testing and Selenium Automation.
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
🔹 Expertise in end-to-end QA lifecycle (Test Planning, Execution, Defect Management)
🔹 Experience handling Offshore India QA teams from onsite (Charlotte)
🔹 Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred
🔹 Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
