Job Description:

Role: Salesforce Lead Developer

Location: Alpharetta/Oakland/Rancho Cardova (1 day in-office in a week)

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience required: 10+ years

Responsibilities:

·       Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.

·       Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data sources.

·       Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.

·       Implement unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.

·       Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.

·       Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.

·       Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.

·       Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.

·       Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.

·       Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.

·       Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms.

·       Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.

Minimum Qualifications:

·       2+ w/Bachelors degree

·       BS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience.

·       Experience with developing, configuring and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or any other cloud platform.
