Business Analyst
Primary Location: San Francisco, CA
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Business Analyst for our premier client San Francisco, CA.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 610 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, analytics, or related functions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Assess compliance performance:
- Collaborate with IT leaders and initiative owners to evaluate compliance with established Hygiene policies, standards, and metrics.
- Strong expertise in Jira is a must-have for this role, and ServiceNow experience is required. The ideal candidate should be capable of acting as a Process SME and have experience defining, implementing, and maturing operating models while ensuring consistent adherence to established processes, governance standards, and compliance requirements. Experience supporting process oversight across Scrum Masters, TPMs, and Business Analysts is highly preferred.
Identify non-compliance and trends:
- Detect and document instances of non-compliance, negative trends, or emerging risks, and share insights with the Office of IT Hygiene leadership for corrective action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
