Job Overview:
We are seeking a French HCM Functional Translator with a strong understanding of Workday HCM, specifically within Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll domains. This role is not a literal word-for-word translation position but requires contextual and functional translation of business and technical materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements, training materials, and operational playbooks from English to French (and vice versa)
- Ensure translations are contextually accurate and aligned with Workday HCM functionality
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and nuances
- Maintain consistency in terminology across WFM and Payroll processes
- Support documentation standardization for global stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Workday HCM
- Exposure to Workforce Management (WFM) and/or Payroll modules
- Ability to translate functional and technical content, not just linguistic translation
- Strong attention to detail and domain-specific terminology
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in HCM implementations or support projects
- Experience translating enterprise SaaS documentation
- Familiarity with HR operations and processes
