This Long-term Contract position focuses on administering and enhancing the Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline environment while delivering reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that improve operational performance. The role partners closely with stakeholders across the business to turn system capabilities and data into practical insights, reliable processes, and scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead resource for day-to-day administration of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline platform, ensuring stable performance and effective system use.

Configure security roles, user permissions, forms, workflow elements, and reporting components to align with business and compliance needs.

Build and maintain system enhancements using IDOs, application events, scripting, and user-defined methods to support evolving operational requirements.

Create and refine reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI and related tools to provide clear visibility into business performance.

Translate functional needs from departments such as sales, operations, and finance into reporting solutions, visualizations, and actionable data outputs.

Oversee integrations, data flows, and ETL processes between Syteline and connected business systems while promoting data quality and consistency.

Coordinate testing, patches, upgrades, and issue resolution activities, including collaboration with external support teams and service providers when needed.

Support governance and compliance efforts by managing access reviews, documenting change activity, collecting audit evidence, and participating in change control processes.

Develop user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials, and provide guidance to end users on system functionality and reporting tools.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in IT systems administration, ERP development, or related enterprise application support, including at least 3-5 years working with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline.
Strong knowledge of Syteline architecture, including IDOs, the Mongoose framework, forms, workflows, and application events.
Functional understanding of core ERP areas such as order management, purchasing, inventory, production, quality, and finance to support configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
Proficiency with SQL, relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, and data analysis techniques for reporting and system support.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI and working with ETL or data integration processes.
Familiarity with data governance, master data practices, configuration management, and secure user access administration.
Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements, manage multiple priorities, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills in cross-functional business environments.
