Role Title: Platform Operations & Integration Lead

Role Description:
The Platform Operations & Integration Lead will be a key member of the Technology & Architecture Team for Connected Services, reporting to the Director, Technology & Architecture. This role is responsible for ensuring the operational stability, scalability, and integration of Connected Services platforms. It combines hands-on technical operations leadership with accountability for system-level integrations and user-facing digital experiences.
This position will lead the daily technical operations of the Connected Services platform including infrastructure monitoring, hardware logistics, and installation support while also owning the delivery and performance of front-end systems such as APIs, portals, and customer-facing interfaces.
Requirements:
· Experience 3-5 years hands-on experience with technical operations including infrastructure uptime, system health monitoring, and incident response. Monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
· Ensure seamless interoperability between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer-facing applications.
· Work closely with AI/ML, IT, Product Engineering, and Marketing teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.
