Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Lead to support a large-scale Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiative. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, GL migration, and enterprise financial reconciliation processes.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
• Strong expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Deep knowledge of New GL, Parallel Ledgers & Document Splitting
• SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation experience
• Oracle EBS GL to SAP S/4HANA migration experience
• Strong Chart of Accounts (CoA) mapping expertise
• Financial reconciliation experience including Trial Balance & Historical Balances
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with LTMC, LSMW & BAPIs
• Experience with large-scale ETL/data feed integrations
• Strong knowledge of Cost Centers, Profit Centers & COPA
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred
• Healthcare or Insurance domain experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA GL functional design
• Drive Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA migration strategy
• Define Universal Journal (ACDOCA) architecture and posting logic
• Lead CoA mapping and financial data harmonization
• Support document splitting, parallel ledger, and financial close processes
• Manage trial balance, open item, and historical data reconciliation
• Collaborate with ETL and integration teams for financial data mapping/interfaces
• Support SAP Central Finance replication and retrofit scenarios
• Participate in SAP Activate workshops, testing, cutover, and go-live support
• Work closely with Finance leadership, PMO, and enterprise architecture teams
