Detailed Job Description:
⦁ Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules such as:
1. Partner & Opportunity Management
2. Corporate Onboarding Journeys
3. Customer 360 & Portfolio Views
⦁ Validate features through UAT, ensuring high quality and alignment with business needs
⦁ Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage.
⦁ Work with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams.
⦁ Good to have knowledge of MS Dynamics
⦁ Preferred Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: KYC, AML, FATCA, local compliance norms.
⦁ Familiarity with system integrations such as LOS, Core Banking Systems
