Summary

Job Title: CCAR—Business analyst PM (W2)

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)

Duration: 12+ months contract

Core Responsibilities (BA/PM Focus):

Project Management & Delivery: Leading end-to-end CCAR finance programs, managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements Gathering: Translating Federal Reserve CCAR requirements into functional and technical specifications for data sourcing and reporting.
Data Governance & Controls: Establishing control frameworks for data reconciliation, adjustments, and audit traceability in compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Technology teams (including Engineering) to ensure alignment on project goals.
Process Improvement: Enhancing workflows and automating data feeds, often using tools like Axiom, Collibra, or Python.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 3-10+ years of experience in financial technology, regulatory reporting, or risk management within the banking industry.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of CCAR/DFAST processes and reporting requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Python, VBA, Alteryx) and project management systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
