We are seeking a skilled specialist to manage digital content creation, coordinate external vendors, and ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance.

Position Overview

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Work Location: Nashville, TN

Key Highlights & Core Responsibilities

Vendor & Project Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison among external vendors; track timelines, deliverables, reviews, and quality assurance.
E-Learning & Content Development: Edit and build engaging multimedia, asynchronous learning modules, and online courses.
Accessibility Compliance: Conduct reviews and remediation to ensure all digital content meets Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 standards.
LMS Management: Build and manage digital learning pathways within Learning Management Systems.

Top Skills We Are Looking For

Primary Skills: Section 508 / WCAG Compliance, E-Learning Development, Vendor Management, Instructional Design, LMS Tools, Content Remediation
Tech & Authoring Tools: Articulate 360 (Storyline / Rise), Canvas, Moodle, Schoology, Blackboard, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience: 3+ years in digital content creation, vendor coordination, and e-learning design
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Digital Media, Communications, Project Management, or related field
Preferred Certifications: IAAP CPACC, CAPM, or relevant Instructional Design certifications
