Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading organizational transformation, change management, and IT service delivery optimization.
  • 8+ years of experience leading large, complex technology projects or programs.
  • 8+ years of experience in personnel management, coaching, team leadership, and performance accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to stabilize complex organizations, assess operational challenges, and implement measurable improvements.
  • Experience managing technology operations, organizational priorities, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.
