Raise the bar for quality across our voice AI platform. Shape how quality is defined, measured, and built into the product from the start — across platform capabilities, AI agents, integrations, and release workflows. Build systems, standards, and tooling that make quality a durable advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Act as senior technical authority for quality engineering

- Raise technical bar across QA engineers through code/test review, pairing, mentorship

- Build AI-driven testing workflows for broad, scalable validation

- Own quality feedback loop from dogfooding, A/B testing, customer feedback

- Build/improve automation frameworks, validation tooling, CI/CD quality gates

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years in SDET or quality engineering, significant hands-on coding

- Strong programming: TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python

- AI-native approach to quality engineering

- Experience building quality initiatives across teams

- Curiosity about AI systems, conversational experiences, testing voice-driven products

- Deep knowledge of automation, API/integration testing, regression, CI/CD
