We are looking for an experienced Python / UiPath Developer with strong expertise in AI-driven development, automation, and enterprise-scale RPA solutions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about Python, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and UiPath automation frameworks.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions
• Build AI-driven applications using Agentic AI frameworks and Microsoft Copilot
• Design and execute unit testing using pytest/unittest
• Develop and maintain UiPath automation workflows
• Work with UiPath REFramework, Document Understanding & Communications Mining
• Build reusable custom libraries and workflow-based automation solutions
• Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners & Scrum teams

🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience
✔ Strong understanding of OOP, data structures & design principles
✔ Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
✔ Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations, prompt engineering & Agentic AI
✔ Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
✔ Strong UiPath development & architecture expertise
✔ Experience with Queues, Libraries, Bots & RPA deployments
✔ Enterprise-scale automation experience

🔹 Preferred:
⭐ Banking or payment solutions experience
⭐ UiPath Academy Developer Certification

🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
