PMO Project Manager with Medicaid-NewYork,NY(Onsite/W2)

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Level II - Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Project Manager.

2. Minimum 4 -7 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience of managing a program budget of a minimum of $100 million.

2. 4 - 7 years of experience in active management of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online and VBA scripting.

3. 1–5 years of experience in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).

4. 1-2 years of experience working with technical teams, data analyst, integration partners, and leading technical discussions.

5. 4 - 5 years' experience with Agile development and technical projects.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7. Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute.
