Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a cutting-edge AI engineering team supporting enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI models, AI agent orchestration, and modern cloud-native development.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure Networking
  • Azure App Services
  • Azure Key Vault
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services.
• Experience designing and deploying applications using LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Strong experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience developing MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for agent orchestration and workflow automation.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies.
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases is highly preferred.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services.
• Experience with semantic search and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with enterprise AI security, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
• Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Azure Solutions Architect certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
• Build intelligent AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP architecture.
• Develop scalable Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate AI applications with Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and production support activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with Azure AI Search or vector databases.
• Experience with LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Experience building enterprise copilots and conversational AI applications.
• Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences domain experience is a plus.
