Position Summary:
The role requires a dynamic leader to oversee one or more systems related to Operational Data Store (ODS) / Client Onboarding Expinitiatives within the financial sector. The Product Owner will lead a multifaceted team, working alongside the Product Manager and company executives to shape and implement the product vision and roadmap. They bear responsibility for the prioritization and specification of product features, ensuring timely execution, adherence to business objectives, and the maximization of product value for the firm and its clients.

Essential Qualifications:
• Holds a bachelor's degree in a business, technology, or finance-related discipline
• Demonstrable experience in a product leadership capacity within the financial sector, with a focus on systems related to client onboarding or CRM
• Well-versed in financial industry processes, with granular knowledge specific to client onboarding or contact relationship systems
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with varied audiences
• Keen analytical thinker with a meticulous eye for detail
• Leadership experience within cross-functional teams, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering individual development
• Embraces teamwork and possesses the capacity to influence and integrate efforts with diverse team functions
• Able to navigate ambiguity with strong problem-solving skills
• Well-acquainted with Agile frameworks and the end-to-end software development process

Preferred Qualifications:
• Mastery of Product Management and Design Thinking methodologies
• Exposure to the management of digital products and team development in a high-performance culture
• Record of participation in complex, cross-divisional product initiatives
• Capability to navigate and manage project resources, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Track record of collaboration with parallel product teams to ensure uniform product experiences
• Proficient in constructing business cases and evaluating project success against established benchmarks

Principal Duties:
• Drive alignment between the overarching product strategy and on-the-ground implementation, ensuring that the product roadmap accurately guides work prioritization and execution
• Oversee documentation and system project management, meeting objectives within the stipulated resources, stakeholder expectations, and defined timeframes
• Mentor and guide a cross-disciplinary team towards achieving the product vision and individual professional development
• Provide strategic input and work in partnership with other product-centric teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and lifecycle management
