Responsibilities:
  • Own delivery outcomes across intake, discovery, architecture, build, test, release, and hypercare, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
  • Translate target-state enterprise architecture and solution designs into actionable roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, and dependency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and guardrails for reference architectures, technology standards, security, resiliency, data, integration, and operational readiness; drive resolution of exceptions.
  • Partner with solution architects and engineering leads to drive design decisions, tradeoffs, and non-functional requirements including performance, availability, scalability, security, observability, and supportability.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple product and platform teams and vendors, managing critical-path dependencies and integration points.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks including technical debt, architecture drift, security exposures, and environment readiness; govern scope and architecture changes.
  • Lead governance and stakeholder forums, providing clear status, decisions needed, and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure deployments meet production readiness expectations including runbooks, monitoring, incident response, support model, training, and documentation, with complete handoffs to operations.
  • Deliver programs with clear milestones, managed dependencies, and transparent reporting.
  • Maintain alignment of solution designs to enterprise architecture standards with minimal late-stage rework or drift.
  • Document key technical decisions and tradeoffs early and ensure understanding across delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure production releases meet quality and operational readiness expectations with monitoring, runbooks, support model, and security sign-offs.
  • Build trust with stakeholders by delivering forecasts and decision recommendations grounded in technical reality and execution data.

Experience Requirements:
  • Proven delivery leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams, systems, and dependencies in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to decompose broad objectives into a delivery strategy across EPMO, Security, GRC, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture practices including standards, roadmaps, governance, and target-state alignment applied pragmatically during delivery.
  • Strong solution architecture literacy across applications, APIs and integration, data flows, identity and access, infrastructure and cloud, and non-functional requirements, including pattern understanding and design.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business goals into structured execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience driving risk and issue management and executive communication for high-visibility programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills with engineering, security, operations, and business partners.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or large-scale program delivery.
  • Proven experience leading execution across enterprise programs such as data, ERP, SaaS, and infrastructure.
  • Background as a Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or Technical Program Leader.
  • Strong experience in the Microsoft Stack, eg: Azure, Fabric, C#, Power Platform.
  • Deep expertise in system integrations including APIs, messaging, and middleware.
  • Deep expertise in data platforms and pipelines.
  • Experience with Insurance or Reinsurance domain and enterprise applications in HR (primary), Finance (Secondary) and SaaS.
  • Experience collaborating with security, risk, and compliance functions.
  • Experience delivering cloud and hybrid solutions such as landing zones, platform services, modernization, and migrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks and practices such as TOGAF concepts, and with solution architecture deliverables including SADs, C4 or equivalent diagrams, and NFR catalogs (preferred).
  • Experience in regulated environments and partnering with security, risk, and compliance teams (preferred).
  • Background partnering with DevSecOps and SRE or operations teams to improve release reliability and operational readiness (preferred).
