Role: Lead Financial S4 HANA QA W2 Role

Contract: 6 month initial contract

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience
• Experience in Financial Accounting (FI) with strong Accounts Payable (AP) skills; experience in payments and banking preferred
• Proficiency in SAP end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes, including MM-LIV and FI integration, FI-AP, Payments, and VAT legal compliance for supplier invoices
• Familiarity with OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and document archiving into ECM; VIM experience not required for all roles payment-focused and non-VIM roles also available
• Experience with SAP TMS freight invoice processing (basic level)
• Working knowledge of VIM strongly preferred

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end I2P test scripts aligned to defined test cases, consolidating overlapping scenarios where applicable (estimated ~100 scenarios scoped for HK and CH deployments)
• Ensure test scripts reference centrally maintained test data rather than embedding data directly within scripts
• Support the creation and management of test data, including:
  • Identifying and modifying China Golden Tax cXML files to align with test purchase orders for VIM ingestion
  • Preparing China Golden Tax legal XML invoices and other manual documents to support VIM PDF ingestion and BCC/OCR testing
  • Creating FI invoices as needed to support payment testing scenarios
