Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Declarative Configuration: Utilize Salesforce declarative features including Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Security Controls (Profiles, Permission Sets) to build business logic.
• Integrations: Assist in designing and implementing secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to existing Salesforce code, custom logic, and system exceptions (e.g., governor limit issues).
• Testing & Deployment: Write comprehensive Apex test classes to maintain high code coverage (minimum 75%) and deploy changes safely using DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or VS Code/SFDX).
• Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Certifications & Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) is highly preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud (Communities).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
