Kelly?s Auto Repair is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Wilmington, DE, to perform general automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and electrical work. The position pays $25-$30+/hour plus bonus, depending on experience, with weekly pay and a Monday-Friday schedule. This family-owned and operated independent repair shop offers steady vehicle volume and a six-bay, six-lift facility with heat and air conditioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general automotive repair and maintenance.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine needed repairs.
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems.
- Perform maintenance services on a broad range of primarily late-model vehicles.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections as part of the repair process.
- Use shop-provided specialty tools and equipment to complete assigned work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive repair experience.
- B-Level automotive repair and diagnostic capabilities.
- Strong general automotive repair skills.
- Experience diagnosing automotive electrical systems.
- Digital vehicle inspection experience is a plus.
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
- Must have personal automotive tools needed for the work performed.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$30+/hour plus bonus, depending on experience.
- Hourly pay with bonus opportunities.
