Certified Appian Developer – (Public Trust Clearance Mandatory)

Essential Skills:
- Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies as applied to software development: Intermediate level
- Competent in Appian software development, including interface and workflow design: Intermediate level
- Skilled in SQL querying and database manipulation: Intermediate level
Additional Skills:
- Experience with data migration projects: Intermediate level
- Basic understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR): Foundation level
- Knowledge of Oracle database architecture and management: Intermediate level
Daily Duties:
The candidate will serve as an integral Appian developer resource for our ongoing project with an existing clientele.
Candidate Profile and Requirements:
1) Demonstrated proficiency with the Appian suite (including but not limited to SAIL interfaces, process models, records, custom data types, and report creation);
2) Capability to design, modify, and validate both client-side and server-side components, inclusive of APIs and data integration tasks;
3) Advanced skills in SQL pertaining to the management of tables, construction of views, and implementation of stored procedures, as well as the capacity to execute Appian-related database queries;
4) Problem-solving acumen for identifying and addressing common Appian-related errors to ensure seamless end-user operation;
5) Proven track record of cooperation with senior or lead developers in both troubleshooting and the conceptualization of novel technical solutions;
6) Adept with the adoption and implementation of agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices;
7) Holds at least an Appian Associate Developer Certification with a minimum of two years working extensively on the Appian platform;
8) Applicants with hands-on experience in data migration will be given preferential consideration.
Expected Contributions:
- Active participation in the main contractor’s reporting protocols;
- Adherence to weekly timecard submissions.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience;
- Active Appian Certified Associate Developer credential.
