Oracle Implementation Consultant (FCCS)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Implementation Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to support enterprise financial consolidation and close initiatives within a banking environment. This role requires hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations using Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise working in Oracle FCCS implementations and Oracle Financials, with proven experience in the financial services industry.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud EPM implementations

• End-to-end implementation experience (design, configuration, deployment, and support)

• Techno-functional consulting experience (hands-on configuration required)

• At least one FCCS implementation for a banking/financial services client

• Experience integrating with Oracle ERP Financials

• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience

• Regulatory Reporting experience

• Experience with financial data integrations and automation

• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle FCCS implementation activities

• Configure consolidation rules, financial reporting, and workflows

• Integrate FCCS with ERP and other financial systems

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Provide production support and enhancements

• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
