Summary
- Own and manage the product backlog including story writing, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and ongoing refinement
- Lead and facilitate daily and recurring agile ceremonies including stand ups, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and planning sessions within a Kanban delivery model
- Serve as the primary connective layer between technology teams, digital product leadership, and business stakeholders
- Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape to identify decision makers, onboard new data source partners, and maintain trusted working relationships
- Translate technical concepts such as API integrations, data pipelines, and retrieval augmented generation into clear and accurate language for non technical audiences
- Partner closely with Digital Product Managers and Portfolio leadership to align delivery work to roadmap and release objectives
- Support PI Planning activities within a SAFe portfolio cadence and translate portfolio level priorities into actionable team level work
- Collaborate with engineering, quality engineering, user experience, architecture, change management, and support teams to ensure end to end delivery readiness
- Maintain awareness of project budget and delivery scope and communicate risks or changes in a timely and professional manner
- Act with high emotional intelligence when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational dynamics Qualifications:
- Senior level experience as a Product Owner or equivalent delivery lead role within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success navigating multi stakeholder ecosystems with unclear ownership and evolving priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences
- Hands on experience with agile delivery practices including Kanban and participation in SAFe portfolio planning
- Proficiency using Jira and Confluence for backlog, delivery, and documentation management
- Technical literacy across APIs, data integrations, JSON, and modern digital architecture concepts
- Comfort operating with high autonomy and defining priorities without close direction
- Experience facilitating group discussions and owning meetings with confidence and professionalism
