Summary

Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect (CSM Pro+)
Location: West Region (Hybrid) – Must work West Coast hours
Duration: 10+ Months

Must-Have Requirements

8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Strong experience as a Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM Pro+).
Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
Experience managing offshore development teams.
Technical Project Management or Delivery Management experience.
Strong knowledge of:
- ServiceNow CSM Pro+
- ITSM
- CMDB
- ServiceNow integrations
- Workflow automation
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred)
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+.
Design solution architecture, workflows, integrations, and data models.
Conduct architecture reviews and technical design workshops.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams.
Oversee delivery timelines, risks, quality, and governance.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and project leadership.
Drive platform governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
