Manage and maintain integrated master schedules for multiple technology upgrade projects
Oversee project plans across ~40 state agencies ensuring alignment and progress
Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder and agency meetings
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrum meetings
Update and manage project plans using MS Project
Track project progress, risks, and issues, and drive timely resolution
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly executive status reports
Present project updates, timelines, and risks to senior leadership
