Job Summary:
We are looking for an expert SolidWorks Design Engineer with hands-on experience in 3D design and modeling of chemical processing equipment and piping systems. The role involves design work for a coal liquefaction plant, including vacuum-jacketed piping and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
- Design vacuum-jacketed piping and equipment for a coal liquefaction plant.
- Create 3D assemblies, component models, and fabrication drawings.
- Design chemical process equipment based on project specifications and engineering requirements.
- Modify and optimize designs to meet project and fabrication requirements.
Required Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks 3D design software.
- Hands-on experience in chemical or process equipment design.
- Experience with vacuum-jacketed piping design is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and fabrication requirements.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on coal liquefaction plants, chemical processing facilities, vacuum-jacketed piping, or specialized process equipment is an advantage.
