SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (Mid Senior Level)

Location: Remote
Type: Contract

We are seeking a Mid to Senior-level SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Consultant with strong experience in Contingent Workforce management and system integrations.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of HRIS / HCM experience
3+ years hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration
Strong knowledge of:

Foundation Objects & MDF
Business Rules & Workflows
Position Management
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

Experience managing Contingent Workforce processes
Integration experience with:

SAP ECC / S/4HANA
Payroll systems
SAP CPI / Integration Suite
OData / Compound Employee API

Strong client-facing and remote collaboration skills

Certification in SuccessFactors EC is a plus.
