PROLIM Global Corporation () is hiring an Infor CloudSuite Procurement Business Analyst for a leading global technology client.
Position: Infor CloudSuite Procurement Business Analyst
Location: 1401 Pacific Avenue | Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months (will extend)
We are looking for a strong Business Analyst (Procurement) with hands-on experience in Infor CloudSuite / Infor Lawson ERP to support a major enterprise transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as internal expert for Infor CloudSuite Procurement Modules
- Serve as liaison between Business stakeholders and the Implementation Partner
- Own business requirements and lead stakeholder design discussions
- Validate current-state and future-state business processes
- Document configurations, business rules, process flows, risks, and workarounds
- Lead testing efforts including Unit Testing, E2E, SIT, and UAT
- Support data migration activities alongside Data Architects
- Create training materials and job aids
- Lead training sessions and adoption activities
- Maintain requirement traceability matrix and identify risks/data issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite / Infor Lawson ERP
- Functional expertise in Procurement, Purchasing, Requisitioning, AP, and GL modules
- Experience acting as liaison between Business and Implementation partners
- Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, RTM, process flows)
- Experience leading stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement validation sessions
- Current-state and future-state business process analysis experience
- Hands-on experience with UAT, SIT, E2E testing, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or migration projects
- Knowledge of data migration, data validation, and interface/integration support
- Experience creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting user adoption
- Strong understanding of workflow management and ERP configurations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare domain experience is preferred
